New Year’s Eve is one night. Bookings are made months in advance. The stakes are high and the terms need to be clear. This policy covers everything you need to know before confirming your New Year’s Eve package with Dubai New Year Party — from how to book to what happens if you need to cancel.

Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team. We strongly recommend booking early — New Year’s Eve packages sell out well in advance.

Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required to confirm your booking. Guests under 18 may not independently transact on our website. Customers should retain their payment confirmation and transaction records for their records.

Booking Confirmation

A written confirmation will be sent by email or WhatsApp once payment is received. This includes your package details — Mega Dhow Cruise, Dinner Cruise, Shared Yacht, Mega Yacht, Private Yacht, or Open Deck Boat — departure time, boarding location, transfer arrangements, and booking reference. Please review all details carefully and notify us immediately of any error.

Guest Numbers and Documentation

The confirmed number of guests must be finalised before the event. All guests are required by UAE law to carry valid identification:

Tourists: Original passport
UAE Residents: Emirates ID and passport

Guests who cannot provide the identification required for their booking or boarding may be denied boarding. Where applicable, denied boarding due to missing or invalid identification may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund. Guests under 21 must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Amendments

Amendment requests — including date, package, or guest number changes — must be submitted as early as possible and are subject to availability. Any applicable amendment fee or price difference will be communicated before the change is confirmed. Given the highly seasonal nature of our packages, amendments close to the event date may not be possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

New Year’s Eve is a fixed-date event with significant advance preparation costs. Our cancellation policy reflects that reality:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The cancellation date will be considered the date on which the request is received by our team, subject to confirmation. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method. Weekends and UAE public holidays may cause additional delays.

Operator Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any event due to adverse weather, Dubai Coast Guard restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

Guests will be offered a full refund or a suitable alternative arrangement
Notification will be given as early as possible

All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, changes in plans, failure to attend, late arrival, denied boarding due to failure to meet booking or identification requirements, or any other reason.

Onboard Rules and Conduct

The following rules apply to all guests on all vessels:

Life jackets must be worn whenever instructed by the captain or coastguard
Littering or dumping waste in the water is prohibited by law
Intoxication that results in unsafe, disruptive, or abusive behaviour may result in removal from the vessel without refund
Jumping from the vessel while anchored or underway is strictly prohibited
As a Travel Saga operational requirement, guests under 21 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult
The captain’s instruction is final. Anti-social or abusive behaviour toward crew will result in immediate removal without refund

Any fines imposed by the Dubai Coast Guard due to guest non-compliance will be charged to the guest. If you want to know more, then make sure you check out the About Us page.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive at the confirmed boarding location at the agreed time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued.

Late Arrivals

Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated boarding location by the check-in time stated in their confirmation. Late arrival may result in denied boarding if the vessel has departed or boarding has closed. Late arrivals will generally be treated as no-shows and will not be eligible for a refund.

Security Deposit

Any deductions will be explained to the guest and supported by the applicable vessel or charter terms. Details will be communicated in your booking confirmation.

Liability

Dubai New Year Party, as part of Travel Saga Tourism, takes all reasonable steps to ensure guest safety and a high-quality event experience. We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this policy limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Circumstances beyond our reasonable control may include severe weather, Coast Guard or government restrictions, port or marina restrictions, security measures, operational emergencies, or other events that prevent the confirmed experience from operating safely
