CORRECTIONS POLICY
Inaccurate content on a New Year’s Eve booking platform has direct, real consequences. A guest who misunderstands what is included in their package or relies on incorrect transfer information may face significant disruption on the night. That is why we treat corrections as a priority — not an afterthought.
Dubainewyearparty.com is a digital subsidiary of Travel Saga Tourism, specialising in New Year’s Eve parties, cruises, yacht experiences, and celebrations in Dubai.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to maintain accurate and up-to-date information across dubainewyearparty.com, particularly for package descriptions, inclusions, pricing, transfer details, event timings, and booking terms. When an error is confirmed, we correct it as promptly as possible. Errors that could materially affect an upcoming or existing booking are prioritised for immediate action.
2. What We Correct
We treat the following as errors requiring immediate correction:
- Incorrect package pricing or inclusions
- Inaccurate vessel descriptions, capacities, or specifications
- Incorrect event timings, departure points, or boarding instructions
- Misleading descriptions of fireworks viewing positions or entertainment
- Transfer details — pick-up times, locations, or arrangements — that do not match what is operationally planned
- Cancellation or refund terms that do not reflect our actual policy
- Any information that could cause a guest to make a booking decision based on an inaccurate understanding of what is included or provided
Where an operational change affects information published on the website, we will update the relevant content and, where applicable, notify affected guests in accordance with our booking and customer communication procedures.
Special note: Where a displayed price is found to be incorrect, we will investigate the error and contact affected customers where applicable. A booking is subject to the price and terms confirmed by our team at the time of booking. If you want to know more, then make sure that you check out our About Us page.
3. Our Process
- Verify — Before any change is made, we confirm the error and identify the correct information. For operational details, this means checking against our actual event planning records.
- Correct — The relevant page is updated immediately. For any error that could affect a guest’s experience on the night, we treat this as urgent regardless of when it is identified.
- Notify affected guests — Where a correction involves a change to a package detail that affects guests who have already booked — a venue change, a timing adjustment, an inclusion amendment — we contact those guests directly and promptly.
- Acknowledge — For material factual corrections that affect package details, pricing, timings, inclusions, availability, or other information relevant to a booking, we may add a brief, dated correction note to the relevant page. We do not disguise corrections as routine updates.
- Check for recurrence — We review whether the same error appears elsewhere on our platform and correct it accordingly. If you want to know more about us, then make sure to check out our About Us page.
4. How to Report an Error
If you find something on our website that does not look right — whether you are a prospective guest doing your research or a past guest whose experience did not match what was described — please tell us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject line: Content Correction
- Phone / WhatsApp: +971 4 268 4645 | +971 50 3399740.
Please include the URL of the page, the specific information you believe is incorrect, and any evidence or source supporting the correct version. We aim to review standard content correction requests within 5 business days. Errors that could affect an upcoming booking, event timing, boarding location, transfer arrangement, safety, or other time-sensitive matter will be prioritised and addressed as urgently as possible. For more information, please see our Public Principles. Routine updates, seasonal changes, availability updates, and normal editorial improvements do not necessarily require a correction notice
5. What We Will Not Do
- We will not edit content silently to conceal errors.
- We will not delay acting on a known error, particularly during peak season when guests are actively booking.
- We will not dismiss a correction raised in good faith without genuine investigation.
6. Policy Updates
This policy is reviewed annually. Questions about how we handle corrections are welcome at [email protected].
